Yoga NH Mentorship Program

3-month Yoga NH Mentorship Program
–for Yoga Teachers & Yoga Teacher Training graduates and Studio Owners

Beginning January 2018, Maureen will be offering Mentorship Programs to Yoga Teachers, Recent Yoga Teacher Training graduates, and Yoga Studio Owners.  This program will provide participants the opportunity to continue their Yoga education under the guidance of an experienced Yoga Business Owner. Maureen founded Living Yoga Studio in 2004 and owned it for 5 years before selling it and beginning Yoga NH in 2009 (to focus more on Yoga Training programs). With thousands of hours teaching yoga and wellness classes, workshops and trainings, Maureen is excited to share what she has learned –  in small group settings.

Are you a Yoga Teacher who wants advice about teaching classes and/or challenges with teaching? Do you want to add workshops to your repertoire and you have specific questions? Do you want to take your teaching to the next level, but something is blocking that from happening? Are you new to teaching Yoga and want to be in a small group with other Yoga Teachers to learn from them, as well as from Maureen?

Have you recently graduated from a Yoga Teacher Training program and want to continue learning in a small group environment and have access to monthly private mentorship?

Do you own a Yoga Studio (or considering that path) and want to learn from Maureen’s experience, ask her advice on specific topics, and also be in community with other Yoga Studio Owners to see what questions they have as well as challenges they may be encountering?

Do you want to uplevel your teaching and your life? Personal development and mentorship programs are known to enhance our lives and businesses in ways that we may not have initially anticipated. Come and hold the space to take your business and teaching to the next level – tap into your natural abilities and talents to continue your personal empowerment process as well as to lift others to their fullest potential.

TESTIMONIAL: I was part of a Mentoring Program with Maureen in 2016. I have been in my career for 12 years, and while I know that I’m good at it, I also knew and wanted fresh ideas and support with making changes to refine my business and regain more confidence in my field- but also as a woman in today’s world.  I attended the first meeting very unsure as to how to ask for this help; and I left the last meeting with a support system of smart, kind, giving, nurturing, and BAD-ASS women that taught me incredible ways to communicate- both about my struggles AND my strengths. I learned how to be more confident, more open to new ideas and approaches for marketing myself, and while I absorbed all of this “new”ness, I was also giving advice and support to the other women in our group for their careers.  This was a special journey that not only helped my business, but it helped my soul. I would encourage Yoga Business Women to join this group for unparalleled support and insight!  Kaitlin W
