Yoga Fundamentals

These four-week series are for those brand new to yoga, as well as for returning students. Each class is workshop in format, with time for questions throughout. We’ll review a set of standard poses in each class, as well as other aspects of a yoga class that are common but sometimes generate feelings of discomfort (such as, “Why do they OM and do I have to?”). Handouts for poses covered are provided so that students can go home and practice on their own. At the end of the series, students will have the tools to try out different yoga classes with confidence and a sense of fun.

$40 early bird; $45 regular rate
