Yoga for ….. Sunday mornings!

 

Yoga for …. Sunday morning classes (9:00-10:15am) begin weekly in January. The practices that we lead will be beneficial for the stated class focus, however, the yoga practices will also be beneficial for anyone seeking to be more relaxed and at peaceTherefore, these classes are appropriate for all levels and open to all.
