The Yoga for Depression workshop will focus on self-care techniques that help with balancing the physical, emotional, and mental sensations that can be present when we experience depression. The techniques can also assist with increasing energy. We will focus on breathing techniques, mudras, affirmations, guided meditation, and yoga poses. You will leave the workshop with a written take-home practice and handout(s) to assist after the workshop. When you sign up for this workshop, you should also plan to attend the 9:00-10:15am class scheduled immediately prior to the workshop. That class is included in the cost of the workshop.
