Just a few reasons to consider Yoga NH:
1) We are the only NH Program that has multiple programs that run simultaneously and meet together multiple times during the program: creating amazing community and connections that last well beyond the time you are in the program.
2) Our 200-hour programs have been operating since 2006 (2017 begins our 11th year)!
3) Our program is fantastic if you want to learn to teach yoga, however, it is also a personal development program – students are constantly telling us of their amazement of how much they transform/grow personally during program.

Humanity is shifting into higher consciousness and Yoga creates a sacred place to explore this expansion.  As we find balance, learn to trust our intuition, and go with the flow – we discover what feeds our soul and we embody truths that manifest us to our highest potential and connect us to one another in a meaningful way.

Yoga NH’s Teacher Training/Develop Your Practice (TT/DYP) Programs are designed for students who want to become yoga teachers as well as for those who are interested in deepening their personal practice.  Howard Thurman said ‘Don’t ask what the world needs.  Ask what makes  you come alive, and go do it.  Because what the world needs now is people who have come alive.’  When you join the Yoga NH TT/DYP Program you begin to examine your life choices and notice what makes you come alive.  It is so much more than learning to teach yoga.

The Yoga NH’s 200-hour TT/DYP Program foundations includes the 8-limbs of Yoga, the 7 main Chakra System, Anatomy of the Spirit and Asana Exploration – including teaching all levels, modifications, alignment, adjusts/assists, sequencing, and practice teaching.  You can sign up for the program if you know you want to teach or if you want to develop your personal practice.

In this program there is a need for the commitment to live mindfully and be open to what arises.  This is why the program is open to all – those who want to teach and those who want to examine life and deepen their yogic practice.

Maureen Miller, E-RYT500,
(Experienced – Registered Yoga Teacher)
Director of Yoga New Hampshire, and founder of Living Yoga, Concord, NH

Maureen founded Living Yoga studio in Concord, New Hampshire in 2004 and has also been leading yoga classes and Yoga Teacher Training/Develop Your Programs at Living Yoga and other wellness sites across New Hampshire and Massachusetts for more than 10 years.
The 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program is currently held in Nashua, Concord, and Portsmouth, New Hampshire and Winchester, Mass.  The 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program is held in Concord, NH.

Yoga NH’s Teacher Training/Develop Your Practice Programs are designed for students who are interested in deepening their practice, those who need CEU hours to maintain their RYT status, or folks exploring their interest in sharing yoga with others by teaching yoga.

It is our hope that students of yoga will continue to expand their knowledge of yoga and share it with people in their day-to-day lives (living yoga “off the mat”) and …. bring yoga to more people…  that’s the ultimate vision of our program.

All Yoga NH Teacher Training programs are registered with Yoga Alliance, an organization whose vision is to support yoga practitioners and teachers and maintain the diversity and integrity of yoga.  The mission is to lead the yoga community, set standards, foster integrity, provide resources, and uphold the teachings of yoga.  Once you complete a program, you will be eligible to submit for your RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) status with Yoga Alliance.
